Do you remember AMC Date Night? AMC Date Night was a clever way for AMC to add interest to classic movies. Layered between the movie and commercial interruptions these “bumpers” featured a guy or a gal looking for a date. During each “bumper,” this guy or gal would be asking questions of a “candidate.” By the end of the movie, that guy or gal would choose which of four hotties they wanted to have a date with.

One of the videos we produced for them was instrumental in winning the company a prestigious award. How do you think inventions such as this come into being? Innovation comes from passion. In a recent appearance at UCSD (the alma mater of both Mark Schulze and Nick Woodman, coincidentally), Nick told the audience that his GoPro invention had arisen from his passion for surfing and his desire to share his Point of View (POV) with others. That is exactly what drove Mark Schulze to develop his mountain bike helmet cam rig.
