Crystal Pyramid Productions‘ corporate video crew shot and produced a product video for Biotechnology company Alfa Scientific Designs, Inc. located in San Diego a few years ago. Alfa Scientific is a manufacturing company that produces medical, drug and fertility testing products.

The company wanted a 3- to 5-minute video for tradeshows. Indeed, they also wanted it headlining their Internet home page. And additionally, we printed DVD’s to market their products.
Shooter and Director of Photography, Mark Schulze, scrambled on top of a table to get some nice far-reaching lab shots of industrious employees. He also used a rolling chair as a makeshift dolly.
Production of a Marketing Video
Schulze videotaped the workers as they took the products through all phases from production to packaging and distribution. The crew captured clips inside the lab where various machines cranked out products. And we gathered scenes of the office workers, packagers inside the warehouse, and CEO Sue Chen and the executive staff having a business meeting. We shot B-roll of the Alfa Scientific building and awards the company has been collecting for their product line.
