We’ve been aboard the FLIP (Floating Instrument Platform) to document a day in the life of this amazing scientific vessel and see it “flip.” We’ve interviewed Astronaut Sally Ride and J. Craig Venter, the man who mapped the human genome. We’ve been on the scene to document imploding buildings, sinking ships, and to see what happens when a trash collector is exposed to toxics in a garbage can.
